Subsidy Polices for Renting Booth:
1．For enterprises taking booths in the centre, the rental fee for the first two years will be free, and for subsequent 3 years, 50% of the fixed price will be charged .For enterprises taking offices in the centre, the rent for the first two years will be charged at 50% of the market rate. And further preferential offer is available for international purchasing enterprises and the like. Those first entering enterprises can enjoy preferential treatment when the second and third phases are completed
2． Enterprises taking exhibition booths and setting up new imp & exp. Companies with registration address in the Mart can enjoy following tax preferential polices:
(1) Stamp duty of import and export business contract can be exempted in the first 3 years.
(2) Fees for water conservancy construction fund in import and export business can be fully exempted in the first 3 years.
(3) According to the enterprise’ business scale and contribution to local economy, Enjoying a subsidy of not more than 60%.

Qualification & Requirements for Entering

1. Manufacturers and trade companies with qualification of foreign trade and engaged in import and export business.
2. Overseas enterprises engaged in international purchasing and its upper and lower stream supporting enterprises.
3. Enterprises whose products and industry classification fit the products orientation of the Show Center.
4. Booths and office are only for lease, exhibitors at least lease3 standard booths, office users at least lease 40 square meters. The first leasing contract is for 3 years.
